Ski/MTB/Golf Condo (Unit #107) -- Slope side | Walk out to ski slopes & mountain bike park!
This cozy unit is located within the first of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort’s ski slopes and mountain bike trails. The convenience of this property simply can’t be beat: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort’s main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.
FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Aspen East #107 is a one bedroom, one bathroom, ground floor unit 16 steps down from parking lot level. Its walk-out patio provides easy access to the ski slopes, bike park, dog walks, the garden-style picnic area (with charcoal grills), or a stroll to the Resort’s facilities.
This unit has a galley-style kitchen and dining is convenient either at the eat-at kitchen bar or a small seating area adjacent to the living room and kitchen. The living room features a substantial stone fireplace, rustic furnishings (including a sleeper sofa), a flat screen TV, and a ground-level view of the beginner ski slope. The bedroom includes two queen beds and a flat screen TV. The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms. The condo comfortably accommodates four.
Please review the listing photos carefully. This condo is clean and well maintained, but rustic. It’s an affordable, comfortable retreat for a wide range of guests.
The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.
Firewood is provided from late fall through early spring in a ground floor outdoor shed on the left side of the condo building.
The flat screen TVs include basic cable, and high-speed 50mbps WiFi internet is sufficient for working, streaming, and limited gaming. There’s a DVD player for movie night and a wide selection of DVDs (free to borrow during your stay) at our Check-in Office.
OTHER NOTABLES:
Pets are permitted for a $100 fee per pet, per stay (maximum two).
This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions by email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
