Non-Rental Homecare Management
A second home is among the most expensive assets a person may own, and the care of this valuable property from afar can present challenges. Bryce Mountain Maintenance and Management provides peace of mind to second home owners who are too busy or too far away to handle the day-to-day oversight of their vacation home. We conduct regular property inspections to check for leaks, proper heating and/or cooling, and potential pest infestations. Timely, on-call maintenance services are provided at competitive rates. Seasonal deep cleaning and mid-stay housekeeping services are also available when pre-scheduled, and homeowner billing statements are provided on a monthly basis. If one of our home care programs does not fit your needs, we can custom tailor a program specifically to your requirements.
